Dragon’s Breath in Koreatown

Fruity ice cream with thick fog coming out of your mouth!

Liquid nitrogen ice cream has been pretty popular the last year. I’ve tried Creamistry, a la minute, and now Chocolate Chair..

A small cafe dedicated to ice cream, desserts, and Dragon’s Breath…

It’s a fruity ice cream balls filled inside the cup is liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen is what gives off the thick fog – WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TOUCH THE INSIDE OF THE CUP

Dragon’s Breath also includes 1 dipping sauce, here are your choices: Chocolate, Strawberry, Rose, Vanilla, Blueberry, Mint, and Salted Caramel

Rating: ♥♥ 1/2 (out of 5)

My Thoughts: I liked the concept of blowing out fog from ice cream but honestly it wasn’t all that great. The ice cream balls had a subtle hint of fruit loops cereal but ended up being tasteless. I picked strawberry as my dipping sauce it gave some flavor but not enough, you have to drench the ice cream ball to taste strawberries.

Would I come back? Probably not.. a one time experience.
It’s overhyped and I would rather enjoy the taste of my dessert. I would only go with a few friends who have never tried it before.

Price: ~$5 includes 1 dipping sauce
